Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SolarDraft website and software, operated by SolarDraft, D1/20, Timarpur, Delhi-110054, India. By accessing or using SolarDraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use SolarDraft for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
2. The service
SolarDraft is a browser-based tool for solar rooftop design and proposal generation, provided on a subscription basis and on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
3. Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page, in advance, plus applicable taxes (GST). Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Free trial
Where offered, a free trial may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, reverse engineer or resell it, scrape data, circumvent security, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
7. Intellectual property
SolarDraft and its software, design and content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your business during your subscription.
8. Your content and data
You retain rights to the project and customer data you create. You grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
9. Estimates are not guarantees
Generation, savings, subsidy and financial figures produced by SolarDraft are indicative estimates based on your inputs and third-party data, and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying them before relying on them or sharing them with your customers.
10. Third-party services
Maps, imagery, payment and other third-party services have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your content.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel in line with the Refund Policy.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
