To provide and improve the service, create your designs and proposals, process payments, offer support, maintain security, comply with law, and — with your consent — send product updates.

We share data with service providers under contract (cloud hosting and Google services, our payment gateway, and analytics providers), where required by law, and in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your customers’ data

Where you enter your own customers’ details into SolarDraft, you act as the controller of that data and are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so; we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

The service is for business users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
