1. Data we collect
We collect information you provide (name, phone, email, company), usage data (designs created, proposals generated) and technical data (browser type, IP address).
When you book a demo with the form on our website, the details you enter (name, WhatsApp number, company, city, product and preferred time) are placed into a WhatsApp message on your device. They are not stored on our website. We receive them only when you send that message.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, send relevant communications, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing), under strict confidentiality agreements. These include Cloudflare (hosting), Google Analytics and Mixpanel (analytics), the Meta Pixel (advertising measurement), Razorpay (payments) and WhatsApp (messages you send us).
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected] or solardraft.org@
